No doubt. The submariner is still my preferred diving watch. I just fear that they have diluted the brand. My local gas station has a Rolex clock out front. Wtf? Then again, the gas station is full service and $7 a gallon....

I can accept a moderate amount of dilution in a brand driven society like ours today. Bentley and Rolls Royce are selling more cars today than ever before, but not many think they have diluted the brand at all, I think Rolex is in the same category. As long as they dont trade their quality for quantity there is no reason to worry just yet.
